Renters will be required to present their lease.  This is necessary to prevent Beach I.D.’s from being issued to persons who do not reside within the Incorporated Village.  Permits for storing chairs, etc. will be issued at the time you obtain Beach I.D.  The permit is for four (4) chairs per family, since space is limited.  There will be a charge of $20.00 for each I.D.  Gate persons will not allow anyone onto the beach without a valid I.D.  Persons using park and beach facility without valid I.D.’s are in violation of Village Law, and will be subject to a fine.

Any chairs found in the chair facility without a permit will be immediately removed and placed in the yard next to the Village Hall. Residents are asked to please cooperate and obtain Beach I.D.’s and permits early to avoid any inconvenience.

As always, six (6) guests will be permitted per household per day. Guests must be accompanied by the resident; or come to beach house and write their name in the guest book.
