Fall Festival Vendor Agreement

Date: Sunday, October 13, 2019
Place: 65 The Plaza, Village Hall, Atlantic Beach
Time: Open to public from 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm

We are hoping for a well-balanced, well regulated, attractive and successful event.

  1. Payment of $65, which will go directly to Atlantic Beach Beautification, is required along with completed application. Applications and payment must be mailed no later than October 5th.
  2. There will be no refunds once application and payment is received.
  3. Vendors will be allowed to set-up their tables/tents no earlier than 10:00 am the day of the fair. Table spots will be given the morning of arrival.
  4. Sale of items that are “Trademark Counterfeit” is prohibited.
  5. Vendors are required to supply their own tables, tents, table clothes and/or anything needed for set up and display of merchandise.
  6. All vendors who submit and participate in the event are subject to the supervision of the Village’s Superintendent of Public Works, and shall abide by all his instructions in respect to their planning, conduct, and post-event procedures and responsibilities.
